Your content and data

You own the data, workflows, and content you bring to Shard, and you give us a limited license to process them only to provide the service. AI Assist drafts are yours to use, but you’re responsible for reviewing them before they go live. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

We work hard to keep Shard reliable, but we provide it as is and can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes.
