Retry and duplicate-run fixes

A small release focused on reliability, based on feedback from our early teams. Nothing flashy here, just fixes that make your automations more dependable.

Fixed

• Duplicate runs: an automation no longer runs twice when the same event is delivered more than once by a connected tool.

• Retries: failed steps now use the full retry count you set, instead of stopping after the first attempt in some cases.

• Run history delay: runs now appear in run history right away, even in workspaces with a lot of activity.

• Chat messages: messages posted by automations keep their formatting when they include links or code.
