v1.2.0
New Release
More integrations for chat, cloud, and code
Shard now connects to the tools your team already uses, with new integrations for chat, cloud storage, databases, and code and deploy platforms.
v1.2.0
New
Your work already lives in other tools. With Shard 1.2, your automations can reach more of them, so context follows the work and nobody has to copy and paste updates by hand.
What's new
Chat integrations: start automations from messages, and post run results and alerts into the channels where your team already works.
Cloud storage and databases: trigger an automation when a file is added or a record changes, and read or write data as part of a workflow.
Code and deploy tools: start automations from pull requests, builds, and deploys, and act on the result.
Connection settings: manage every connection from one place, choose exactly which channels, repositories, or folders each one can reach, and disconnect any time.
Why it matters
Most operational work is a handoff between two tools. Integrations make those handoffs automatic and visible, and every one shows up in run history.
Works with AI Assist
AI Assist can only suggest steps for tools you've connected, so more integrations means better drafts. Describe a workflow that spans your chat, code, and storage tools and it will wire them together for you to review.
Getting started
Open Settings → Integrations, pick a tool, and follow the short connection steps. Most take less than two minutes. We're adding more every month, so tell us which tools you'd like to see next.
