Connect your team chat to start automations from messages and post updates where your team already works.
Connect chat
Open Settings โ Integrations.
Choose your chat tool and select Connect.
Sign in and approve access.
Choose the channels Shard can read and post in.
What you can do
Trigger on messages: start an automation when a message matches a keyword or arrives in a channel.
Post updates: send run results, alerts, and summaries to a channel.
Ask AI Assist: have a long thread summarized and posted back.
Tip: use a dedicated channel for automation alerts so important failures don't get buried.
