Roles control who can build, run, and view automations in your workspace.
Roles
Owner: full control, including billing, security settings, and deleting the workspace.
Admin: manages members, integrations, API keys, and settings.
Builder: creates, edits, and enables automations, and accepts AI suggestions.
Viewer: can see automations and run history, but can't change anything.
Change a role
Open Settings โ Members.
Find the person.
Choose a new role from the menu.
Single sign-on
SSO and SCIM provisioning are available on the Business plan, so access follows your identity provider automatically.
Tip: give people the lowest role that lets them do their job. You can always raise it later.
