Accept, edit, or dismiss AI suggestions, and control who can approve them.
AI Assist offers suggestions as you work. Each one is a proposal you can accept, edit, or dismiss.
Where suggestions appear
On an automation: ideas to make it more reliable, like adding a retry.
In run history: fixes for a failed run.
On your dashboard: automations for repetitive work Shard has noticed.
Review a suggestion
Open the suggestion to see exactly what it would change.
Choose Accept, Edit, or Dismiss.
Accepted changes are saved as a draft first, so you can test them before they go live.
Control who can approve
Only people with the Builder role or higher can accept suggestions. See Roles and permissions.
Tip: dismissed suggestions are hidden, so they won't keep coming back.
